Find the right aged care for you

Our network of aged care homes across Queensland and Melbourne are here to help with extra care and support, anytime of the day or night. Whether you're coming to live with us permanently, to get specialist help with a condition like dementia, for end-of-life care or for a short time while your regular carer is away, our aged care services are here to help.

Are you eligible?

Anyone wanting to access funded aged care services needs to apply through the Australian Government's My Aged Care program. You'll need to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) before we can welcome you.

Permanent care

If you're no longer finding it easy to manage at home, you might benefit from the support our 24/7 nurses and carers can provide at one of our welcoming aged care services. Find out more about what it's like living in one of our aged care homes.

We can provide temporary respite care in your own home, or at one of our aged care homes in Queensland or Melbourne. You can use up to 63 days across any year, with the opportunity to extend if you're eligible.
