Social housing

When you need some help to find a home.

We provide safe and affordable housing to eligible families, couples, individuals and seniors across Queensland.

With more than 2000 Queenslanders living in our 1100 homes, we're an experienced social housing provider. We offer our tenants stability, security and opportunity when they need it most.

What we do

Community housing

Low rent homes for disadvantaged people and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have successfully applied for public housing through the Queensland Government.

Our Vision for Social Housing

with Mike Folland - Director Child, Family & Housing Services

Our vision is based on our belief that it is a fundamental right for every individual to have access to safe, secure and affordable accommodation.

Neighbourhood Days

with Sue Hughes - Community Engagement Coordinator

The Neighbourhood Days bring organisations that provide a range of services and advice directly to our tenants, hosting them on-site at our communities. Wide-ranging organisations and services attend, from Chiropractors and Physios who provide free treatments, Thread Together who offer free clothing, through to the Public Trustee and Services Australia.

Housing Crisis Solutions

with Mike Folland - Director Child, Family & Housing

We are committed to continuing to work together with the Government to co-design and co-invest in housing solutions. We also recognise it's not just up to government, and there are opportunities for philanthropists to help people find safe, affordable housing.
