Early learning and child care services

Our early childhood education program and care services enable parents and carers to work, study and take part in community life knowing their child is in a safe and creative environment, where they are being well cared for and supported by qualified educators who understand their child's learning and development needs.

We deliver educational and care programs that are based on the approved learning frameworks and are influenced by the child’s interests, cultural background and knowledge.

Children are provided with flexible indoor and outdoor programs, which allow them to have choice of experiences and access to a variety of resources. This enhances their sense of identity, allows them to contribute to their world, and develops a sense of wellbeing.

The children in our programs become involved learners and are encouraged to communicate their thoughts, ideas and feelings.

Family day care is a home-based education and care service offered within a family environment at an approved educator’s home.

In family day care children learn through play and exploration within a small group. Our educators can look after up to four children under school age and three school-aged children.

Each educator has a certificate in early childhood education and has completed an extensive screening and training process.

Educators provide experiences that are designed to meet children’s individual needs and interests. Indoor and outdoor play experiences are age appropriate with children self-selecting activities such as storytelling, craft, painting, play-dough, sand and water play, climbing, swings and bike riding.

Flexible Care Options

Normal hours care

Our home-based educators offer  care during day time hours to meet the needs of working families.

Before and after school care

Care is available for school aged children before and after school hours. Our educators work with families to understand their needs and can transport your child to school or pick them up when school finishes.

Vacation care

During school holidays our educators are available with a range of holiday activities. Talk with your educator about whether they have any planned holidays and if they are away, alternative arrangements can be made.

Weekend care

Retail, hospitality and care workers often work weekends and evenings and family day care is a great way to ensure your child has a consistent routine throughout your week. Casual weekend care can also be organised for one-off special occasions.

Evening care

As is the case for weekend care family day care exists to meet the needs of families who do not work regular 9am to 5pm business hours.

In home care

Some of our services offer in-home care which means one of our home-based educators comes to  care for your child in their own home.

Find the right fit for your child

Your child

Our team of coordinators are here to help you find care as individual as your child. We do this by getting to know and understand you and your child, and matching you with an educator and home environment that will be the best fit.

After learning about your child and their care requirements, we will introduce you to an educator who will best meet those needs.

The final decision as to where your child will be placed is always up to you.

Your family

Just as every child is different, so too are their families. We welcome all cultures and denominations and appreciate everyone’s differences.

Educator meet and greet

After matching your child with a suitable educator, you may have the opportunity to visit the educator in their home, where the care will be provided.

Once you and your child have been matched with a home-based educator that you feel comfortable with, it is time to complete the enrolment process.
