  • Navigating the My Aged Care system, and
  • Understanding the many choices available to you.

Step 1

Call us to book a free in-home consultation.

Before starting the My Aged Care journey together, we want to make sure we understand what’s important to you so we can support your individual needs. Our friendly team will provide you with professional advice about the My Aged Care process and the best home and community care options available based on your needs, preferences, budget and situation.

Step 2

Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to register for an assessment.

During your free in-home consultation with Churches of Christ Care, our team can offer support to you whilst you register for an assessment through My Aged Care. Depending on your individual needs, My Aged Care may refer you directly to a service provider or arrange for an assessment to be conducted by a Regional Assessment Service (RAS) or Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).

Step 3

Nominate Churches of Christ Care as your preferred service provider and worry no more!

Simply inform your RAS or ACAT assessor that Churches of Christ Care is your preferred service provider and you will have the peace of mind knowing you can access the full range of home and community care services available. This will also ensure you are supported by a consistent team of caring professionals throughout your aged care journey. We can also support you in your home whilst the RAS or ACAT assessment is being conducted. Just call us!
