Terms and Conditions - One Table Coffee Card

Overview

The One Table coffee card program is designed to offer our valued customers from Little Mountain Banksia Apartments, benefits such as discounts and free coffee. By participating in this Coffee Card program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Benefits

1. 5% Discount:
   • All Coffee Card holders are entitled to a 5% discount on all food and drink purchases from One Table Café, located on campus at Little Mountain Campus, 211 Parklands Blvd 4551.
2. Buy 9 Coffees, Get the 10th Free:
   • For every nine (9) coffees purchased, the cardholder is entitled to one (1) free coffee.
   • The free coffee is of equal or lesser value to the lowest priced coffee purchased within the qualifying set of nine (9).

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The Coffee Card is available to all tenants who reside in Churches of Christ Banksia Apartments, located at 207 Parklands Blvd, Little Mountain.
   • The card should be allocated one card at a time, with the card being replaced with a new version once the 10^th coffee has been redeemed.
   • The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
2. Card Use:
   • The Coffee Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the benefits listed.
   • The 5% discount is applied at the point of sale at One Table Café only
   • The card cannot be used for events or function bookings or purchases made for, or with the Churches of Christ Auditorium located on campus.
   • The card cannot be used for food or beverages purchased at the Little Mountain Aquatic Centre or any other point of sale other that that stipulated above.
3. Redemption:
   • The free coffee can only be redeemed once the cardholder has collected stamps for nine (9) separate coffee purchases.
   • Stamps cannot be transferred between different Coffee Cards.
4. Expiry:
   • The Coffee Card has no expiration date; however, the issuer reserves the right to terminate the program with prior notice to cardholders.
   • Any unused stamps will be forfeited upon termination of the program.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
   • The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Coffee Cards.
   • Replacement cards will not carry over any stamps from the lost or damaged card.
6. Changes to Terms:
   • The issuer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated through our official channels including social media and through your allocated Housing Officer and One Table Café staff.
7. Termination of Program:
   • The issuer reserves the right to terminate the Coffee Card program at any time.
   • Notice of termination will be provided through our official channels.
