Warm Winter Porridge

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Assorted fruits (such as berries, sliced bananas, or diced apples) for topping


  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Cook the oats, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until they reach your desired consistency.
