Unlock Home Assist Secure

Home Assist Secure provides government-funded support to help older Queenslanders with critical home maintenance needed to keep you safe at home. We come to your home to help you with things like repairs, minor modifications, safety and security upgrades.

To be eligible for Home Assist Secure services, you must say yes to all of these questions.

• Are you at least 60 years old and possess a Pensioner Concession Card? Or any age living with a disability. 
• Are you a home owner or living in rental housing?
• Are you unable to complete the work yourself because it requires technical expertise or is a risk to your health and safety?
• Are you unable to have the works completed through alternative assistance, such as through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs or family or friends?
