We also offer clear guarantees and transparent information, with full details set out in the Residence Management Contract and Disclosure Documents, including fees, responsibilities and services provided.

28-day buy back guarantee

If you are a resident of a Churches of Christ retirement village and your care needs change and become eligible to transition into our residential aged care facilities. We guarantee to buy your unit back within 28 days after your entry into residential aged care.

6-month money-back guarantee

If you find the adjustment to community living does not suit you and your purchase is not what you had desired, then our 6 month buy-back will enable you to move on quickly and easily.

12-month buy back guarantee

If your unit has not sold within 12 months of vacating, we guarantee to buy your unit back within 12 months.
