What Do We Deliver?
- Home Support
Practical, individualised support for children, young people, and carers in the home environment. - Education Support
Supervision and assistance during school hours, both in and out of the classroom, to support educational development. - Social Skills Development
Meaningful opportunities to build social skills and connections through recreational and extracurricular activities, including team sports, clubs, and group activities. - Transport Assistance
Safe facilitation and transport to appointments, school, and activities. - Family Contact Support
Assistance to support children and young people’s engagement in family contact activities.
When Is Support Available?
- Support may be required at any time of day or night
- BRIDGêS workers are available Monday to Sunday (pending availability)
- Support can include before school, after school, evening routines, and weekends
- Currently located in Central Queensland and South West Regions
