Our services

Churches of Christ Care provide a broad range of services to children, young people and families throughout Queensland. These services include early childhood care, family support, out of home care and transition to independence programs, with support provided based on the individual needs of children, young people, families and communities.

Out of home care provides a safe and supportive care environment for a child or young person whilst supporting them in another safe and stable placement option or working towards bringing families back together.
We assist vulnerable families address multiple and/or complex needs and build their capacity to safely care for and protect their children.
Transition to independence is about planning for when young people who have been in our care reach adulthood and are no longer in care.
Our early learning and care services focus on the needs of families in the local community, and includes a variety of care options.
