The latest edition of Networking is now available, with the theme ‘What matters to you?’
Inside this edition, Chief Executive Officer Dr Paul Scully asks each of us to consider our individual values and what matters to us and how they guide us in our everyday lives, and how our organisational values of behaving with integrity, being good stewards and unconditional love guide us in our work.
In this edition you can read the latest on our major developments and projects, and a profile of some of the new residents at Kurrajong Townhouses and how the move to the new development in Kallangur has changed their lives for the better. You can also learn how you and your family can be safer online, and Haydn Parsons explores what matters to the ANZACs in the lead up the ANZAC Day on 25 April.
We also have an urgent call for a doctor at our Churches of Christ Medical Santo clinic in Vanuatu. If you or someone you know has remote area or foreign aid experience, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or go to www.imagineyourcareer.com.au.
This year, we will be holding some great events that I invite you to take part in, including Centrifuge on 17 July, Passing of the Baton with Keith Farmer on 5-6 September, Ladies Getaway Retreat over 2-4 November, the Annual General Meeting on 8 November and the Ministers Forum over 8-9 November. I hope you can join with us at these events in celebrating who we are as Churches of Christ in Queensland.
I hope you enjoy this edition of Networking as we explore ‘What matters to you?’ To submit your stories for future editions, please email email@example.com.
