Family Support Services

Raising a child is not always easy but there is support available for parents and carers. It is a big job caring for children and young people, keeping them safe and helping them to be the best they can - but parents and carers don’t need to do it on their own.

We know there are many stressors on families in today’s community.

Our early intervention and family support services assist families address their varied needs to help build their capacity to safely care for and protect their children. We work closely with families as early as possible to provide individualised information and practical support that responds to their unique needs before they reach crisis point.

We provide guidance, upskilling and group education, with families able to access resources to create an environment where they can safely care for and protect their children and be confident in their parenting.

Our services include

  • Family and Child Connect

  • Families Together
