Retirement villages

Freedom and independence in a secure and supportive environment... if you’re looking to retire in comfort, our retirement villages could be perfect for you.

Enjoy having your own private and secure home without having to worry about the gardens or maintenance of the unit—we will take care of that for you. Instead, get out and enjoy life and the wonderful sense of community that comes with shared facilities and regular get-togethers.

Almost all our retirement villages are co-located on the same site as a residential aged care service, and a variety of community care support services are available that can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, if extra assistance is needed.

Churches of Christ Care operates 23 retirement villages in a variety of locations in Queensland and Victoria. We have a variety of purchasing options to suit your individual lifestyle choices to get you into a unit or apartments at one of our villages.

Over 55s housing

Churches of Christ Care believes appropriate and affordable housing is a basic human right fundamental to individual, family and community wellness.  We provide a range of rental housing options for seniors who are:

• experiencing financial difficulty
• have been discriminated against in the private housing market,
• homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

We can help with providing crisis housing, transitional housing and long-term housing. In addition, support is also available to assist tenants with income arrangements, budgeting and referral to specialist services.
